Two separate pricing models exist for you to choose from. Which one you choose is dependant on whether you require live online payment processing option or if you prefer to process payment at a later date.

Live online payment processing

Live online payment gives customers immediate confirmation that their booking is paid for when they book online. One Stop Bookings collects booking payments on your behalf using the latest in secure online payment gateway technology.

While you are starting up, you can simply trial our service with no monthly fees and just pay a % fee for any bookings you receive. Once you have a gauge on the volume of bookings you are receiving, you can choose a monthly usage plan to make further savings on your booking transactions.

Usage plans can be changed at any time and the new fee structure will begin to take effect at the beginning of the following month.

There are no additional fees for maintenance with any of our packages. Additionally, there are no restrictions on number of reservations that can be made.

Payment details forwarded (not live payment processing)

This booking option is the same as the live booking option service above, except we do not deduct payment from the customer credit card. A quick check is made to ensure the credit card is valid and not stolen. Once this security check has been made, the booking details are forwarded to your hotel for processing at a later time. The pricing packages (flat fees) are different for this booking engine payment option.

Choose either a “transaction-based” pricing package with no monthly fee or a monthly-based fee package that matches the number of rooms in your hotel.
