Live online payment processing gives customers immediate confirmation that their booking is paid for when they book online. One Stop Bookings collects booking payments on your behalf using the latest in secure online payment gateway technology. All booking details are immediately notified to hotels via email.
Features specific to this solution include:
- Secure credit card booking payment (No additional setup with your bank required. We receive the payments from your guests and then pay you).
This travel booking solution is similar to the live online payment processing solution above, except we do not deduct payment from the customer credit card. A quick check is made to ensure the credit card is valid and not stolen. Once this security check has been made, the booking details are forwarded to your hotel for processing at a later time.
Features specific to this solution include:
- Secure credit card check for bookings (We only check the credit card, but do not take payment from the card. You charge the guests at checkout).
- Option to integrate the booking engine seamlessly into your own website.

Our online booking service is a web module that integrates with your website and instantly allows you to accept online bookings and payments. The integration is very easy and can be done by anyone in a few minutes.
Our online booking service has a hotel management system where you setup your hotel with rooms, prices and promotions as required. The management system allows you to upload your own hotel photo imagery and logos, and you can select a design for your booking engine so it matches your own website design.

Signing up to our hotel booking service is completely free, and both booking engine solutions have a “no monthly fee option” so there really are no barriers to signing up.
We charge very competitive rates for each of our booking solutions (refer to Package Pricing for the different options available). All live online payment bookings (Solution 2) attract a transaction fee of $3.85 per booking.
We provide you with an easy-to-use hotel management system where you can setup your hotel with rooms, prices and promotions, and upload your own photos and logos.
The online booking service operates nearly automatically once your have initially setup your hotel. You can easily change prices and promotions, and view incoming bookings.
The hotel management system allows you to allocate rooms for online bookings, so the booking engine can handle vacancies automatically, or you can use the super simple on/off feature to simply turn vacancies on or off.
If a customer is booking a vacant room the booking will be live and payment will be taken from the customer immediately.
If a customer wants to book a room that has no vacancy he can submit a booking request. An email with the booking request will then be sent to you and you can decide if you want to accept or decline the booking request.
If a customer wants to book a room and you have not entered prices for the room in the relevant time period, then the customer can submit a quote request. An email with the quote request will be sent to you and you can provide a quote to the customer. If the customer accepts the quote he will be directed online where he can finish and pay for the booking.
The booking engine handles all online payments. You don’t need to connect to an online payment gateway or setup a special merchant account with your bank. We receive all payments and pay you by cheque or wire once a month.
You will not get any online bookings if no one is visiting your website. We provide a unique and effective way of generating traffic to your website absolutely free.
When you setup a new hotel using our booking service, your hotel data automatically becomes part of our public data feed. Data feeds are used by aggregators to collect hotel information for listing on busy travel websites around the world.
One stop Travel will also run its own travel website where your hotel will be listed.
